These are all common challenges we face as spiritual seekers and they can be difficult to tackle on our own. My spiritual mentoring programme is tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a newbie on the path, these sessions are an opportunity to delve into the parts of yourself where you may be feeling stuck.

Spiritual Mentoring packages usually consist of a minimum of three months' commitment. Our sessions will be tailored to you - there is no generic programme to work through - and will include time to discuss key challenges you are facing and practical tools you can use to address them. You will be given a personal practice to follow between sessions that will include a variety of tools such as journal prompts, reading, pranayama (breathing practice), mantra and meditation.

Why choose to work with me? I'm sharing from experience, not theory. I draw on my own (more than 20 years') experience on the spiritual path as well as more than 1500 hours of professional training in yoga & meditation. I also incorporate learnings from my academic studies - an MSc in in Reproductive & Sexual Health and an MSc in Psychology. I am also currently working towards a PhD in Psychology.
