Symbol for unity - a circle

Body, mind, and soul – I believe that all three are interconnected, and should be nurtured to achieve true well-being. I offer a range of classes that help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, and discover your higher Self through movement, stillness, sound and silence. Private classes are also available for those who want to work in a more personalised way.

Read more about group classes below or drop me an email at ayesha.ali.yoga@gmail.com to enquire about private classes.
